We’ll send you a gear list based on your activity, but usually comfy layers, waterproofs, and a sense of adventure go a long way!

Are your sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. No experience needed – we’ll guide you every step of the way, whether you’re hiking, surfing, or trying yoga for the first time.

Do I need to be fit to take part?

We tailor activities to the group and go at a pace that suits everyone. If you’ve any concerns, just let us know in advance.

Do you run sessions in all weather?

Mostly, yes – we’re big fans of embracing the elements! But if weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or offer an alternative.
